What we collect
Your company and contact details when you register, your team members as you add them, your orders and pickup history, and jobsite addresses you save for delivery. Payment happens through your bank; we never see or store card numbers.
Cookies
Five, all ours: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a language cookie that remembers English or Spanish, a theme cookie that remembers light or dark, a cart cookie that remembers what you chose before you sign in, and an anonymous visitor id that helps us understand how our own site is used. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and the visitor data never leaves us: we store which pages were visited, when, and from roughly where (city level, never your exact address), and we link it to your account only once you have one.
How it is used
To operate your account: pricing, order history, pickup codes, and notifications you request. We share details with the warehouse and carriers only as needed to hand you your material.
Text messages
When you give us a mobile number we text it a one-time code to confirm it, then notices about your account and your orders: payment confirmed, the gate code and window for a pickup, a delivery window, and answers to a question you text us. No marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we text depends on your orders. Reply STOP to end texts and HELP for help.
Your mobile number and your texting consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. They go only to the provider that carries our messages and, for a pickup, to the warehouse gate.
Your data, your call
Ask us through your account or at hello@urbanpebble.com and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete what the law lets us delete. Order records we must keep for tax and warranty purposes are kept that long and no longer.
